Ensemble Consulting Co. was created in 2025 with one clear purpose: to support the leaders who support the arts.After years of watching district administrators try to lead Fine Arts programs without the background, training, or guidance they desperately wanted, it became clear that schools needed a partner who truly understood the unique challenges of Art, Music, Theater, and Dance departments.

Many Fine Arts leaders juggle inconsistent recruitment, uneven vertical alignment, unclear expectations, scheduling barriers, and the pressure to “do more with less.” Teachers feel overwhelmed. Administrators feel uncertain. Students feel the impact.

That’s where I come in.

Drawing on 20+ years as a musician, educator, and district-level administrator, I help schools cut through the confusion and build programs that actually work. By keeping students at the center and honoring the expertise of teachers, I support leaders in understanding what their Fine Arts programs need, why they need it, and how to create realistic growth plans that don’t burn out staff.
